Columbus, OH

By day I am a nurse practitioner for critical care medicine at a local hospital in Columbus, Ohio. I have my Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. I have been in health care for 15 years and I can't imagine doing anything else as my passion is caring for people. By night, I am a mom, wife and triathlete.

I completed my first IRONMAN in 2014 with Smile Train and had a wonderful experience. I have been involved with triathlons for over 10 years now. What started off as a bucket list goal, has now become my passion. I have completed every distance from sprints to two full IRONMAN distances.

More recently, I became a USAT level 1 coach after serving as a volunteer coach for a youth and junior team. I am owner and head coach of TriForce Multisport. I am currently building my own youth and junior team through a local parks and recreation in addition to training several adult athletes. In 2016, I was selected as a Women for Triathlon ambassador with the goal to grow and promote women in the sport of triathlon. I have and will continue to grow triathlon through goodwill and by giving back to those who gave me so much.
